Living with four kids under 4 - two sets of fraternal twin boys. It's a lot like getting up at 5am, throwing yourself under a bus, getting up & dusting yourself off -- and then doing it all again. Then just when you think you're going to lose it, they do something that makes you love them even more.

Poop for Cars
This weekend I bought matchbox cars and tacked them to the wall in the bathroom. I told the kids they could pick a car if they pooped in the potty. I figure one poop in the potty is worth $3.99.
